Our Response to the Coronavirus
TFS is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and communities. We have been and continue to be vigilant in preparing and planning for the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, which we are all facing today.
We want you to know that we have established procedures for our employees that will allow us to continue to be able to serve our customers. This includes having some of our teams work remotely, so we can help slow the spread of the virus, while doing so in a way that we can still be of service to you.
We have also taken the following steps in order to minimize the spread amongst our teams, in order to maintain proper staffing levels to be there for you:
1) We have expanded our work from home opportunities so that we may continue to service our customers.
2) We continue to enhance our onsite safety procedures, including implementing visitor screening questionnaires.
3) We have reduced travel for our employees.
As we execute our business continuity plan, we will rely on the guidance from the Center for Disease Control, federal, state, and local governments to guide our decisions to keep our employees and our customers’ employees safe. We are committed to continuing to provide our valuable services to our customers and have taken numerous measures that will allow us to do so.
